What is You, Me & Tuscany About?

You, Me & Tuscany stars Halle Bailey as Anna, a free-spirited young cook who impulsively squats in an abandoned villa in Tuscany, a place she doesn’t own but calls home. The villa is owned by a man called Matteo.
When Matteo’s mother, Gabriella, shows up at the house, she ends up thinking that Anna is Matteo’s fiancée. This becomes a problem when she meets Matteo’s cousin, Michael, who is her love interest in the film.
In an interview with The Standard, Page remarked that the film speaks to the classics.
You are stepping into another world, and you’re curious about other people, and you learn about other people, you find those missing pieces of yourself… the world is incomplete without love, you cannot understand each other unless you are willing to take yourself out of your comfort zone and fall in love with another who is not you.
The movie is directed by Kat Coiro and written by Ryan Engle. Apart from Page and Bailey, the film also stars Marco Calvani, Aziza Scott, Lorenzo de Moor, Nia Vardalos, and Isabella Ferrari.
