Fashion designer Calvin Klein is proving that age is just a number when it comes to love, through his relationship with Kevin Baker, who is 46 years his junior. While the millionaire designer is 83, his decades younger boyfriend is a 36-year-old professional model. Yet, information about Baker is disappointingly scant.
Per details from Hello! Magazine, Baker has been featured in multiple editorial shoots for magazines like Supplementaire to Homme Style. He has also reportedly been linked to agencies like Nous and Heffner. However, it appears that, after a few years of campaigns in the early 2010s, he hasn’t done any modelling.
What is known, though, is that he also reportedly has a twin brother, Joel, with whom he has often been seen modelling. But Joel also hasn’t modeled since 2013, per the reports. Not to mention, Kevin keeps a relatively low profile as well, as he doesn’t appear to have any public social media handle either.

As per news.com.au, they were first spotted hanging out together at the Mint Luxury Conference in Mumbai, India, in March 2016. Months after first being seen together, the duo was snapped leaving the Broadway opening night performance of American Psycho in New York.
Later that same year, the couple made their first public appearance together by walking the red carpet at the American Ballet Theatre’s Fall Gala.
Since then, this pair has reportedly often been seen in West Hollywood, either going for lunch or enjoying dinner dates. Plus, Baker has even been frequently spotted on his boyfriend’s arm at red carpet events, even though the two have never publicly opened up about their relationship (via Hello! Magazine).

As of January 2024, they were photographed out and about while headed home after a workout at Gold’s Gym in Los Angeles. Both of them were clad in matching long-sleeved black shirts over dark trousers and casual joggers.
Then, in October 2024, they were seen on a day out, snapped meeting with their friends for lunch at Bar Pitti in New York City, where Klein was seen holding onto Baker’s arm as they arrived at the restaurant. While Klein sported a blue windbreaker jacket with black athletic pants, Baker donned an all-grey outfit (via Just Jared).
Later that same month, the two were spotted once again enjoying some quality time together while having lunch at Mauro’s Cafe at Fred Segal in Los Angeles. Per details from Just Jared, the couple dined al fresco on the restaurant’s patio, and Baker appeared to have brought a seat cushion to place on Klein’s chair for the meal.
How Many Past Lovers Has Calvin Klein Had?
Although Kevin Baker is his latest flame, and the pair is seemingly continuing to go strong, Calvin Klein has been in multiple relationships prior to this, both with men and women. In fact, he has even been married twice, and also has a daughter (via The Courier-Journal, The New York Magazine, Citylife.com, and Gawker).
His publicly known love affairs kicked off with his relationship with textile designer Jayne Centre, whom he reportedly met and started dating in college. The couple tied the knot in 1964 and went on to welcome their only child together, daughter and television producer Marci Klein, in 1967. After around a decade of being together, the two divorced in 1974.
This relationship was followed by Klein marrying his assistant, Kelly Rector, in September 1986, while they were on a buying trip in Rome, Italy. Rector went on to become a well-known socialite photographer. While these two separated in 1996, they went on to divorce in April 2006.
Years later, he once again found love – though this time, it was with a male lover. Or, at least it was his first time going public with a male lover. This lover was ex-p*rn star Nicholas Gruber, who is also 47 years younger than him. Klein was reportedly with Gruber for two years, and the star is even said to have moved into his $20 million penthouse in Manhattan at the time.
However, their relationship couldn’t last for too long, either, as Gruber was reportedly arrested for ass**lt and c*caine possession in 2012, following which he checked into a rehab. He reportedly told Page Six after their split (via news.com.au),
