We did 75 Hard after [our son] Riley was born and, man, did we crush.

Trainor added that they 

Heard more and more of our friends — and even our doctors — were on Mounjaro and Ozempic.

She further explained that she had done her research and felt safe, saying, “I did it, too,” while Sabara chimed in, “Daryl and I both do everything together.” The couple stuck to the lowest dose, worked out regularly, and maintained balanced meals. Trainor noted:

We were like, ‘We have to make sure we don’t lose muscle, that we worked so hard gaining all those years.’ And we stay in the gym, we work out, we eat right. And we just noticed that we were less hungry.

“I feel amazing,” Trainor gushed. “Like this thing is incredible. And I have no shame being on it and talking about it.” In March, she took to her Instagram and addressed speculation about weight loss drugs after winning the Hitmaker Award at Billboard’s 2025 Women in Music:

Science is the secret. I love it… I was working out so incorrectly wrong for so long. I was running and doing cardio and my body was inflamed, always. I’m trying to bio-hack my body. So anything that’ll help me age backward, I’m into it.

I’m trying to grow my butt back, because I lost so much weight that my booty is looking different. I was like, ‘Wait. I’m the ‘Bass’ girl with a big butt!’

Her approach includes heavier lifting and glute-focused workouts, carefully balancing flexibility with sciatic concerns developed during pregnancy. Diet plays a major role: She said she consumes around 100 grams of protein daily, including breakfast staples like eggs and turkey bacon, while relying on meal delivery services for balanced nutrition. “We’re always looking for a new one,” she shared.

Sleep and mental health remain priorities.
