However, when Suri turned 18 last year in April, she earned a great deal of money from the trust fund created at the time of Cruise and Holmes’ divorce.

A source told the outlet that, “It is part of the divorce deal that a trust fund provided by Tom Cruise be shared with daughter Suri Cruise when she turns 18, and it is substantial.” While an exact amount hasn’t been revealed, reports believe that the number may be in millions.
Here’s the catch, though: Suri did not receive all the money at once, as she has only unlocked part of her trust fund. The remaining money will be accessible when she turns thirty. There is reportedly a good reason behind this decision. The source added,
She was allowed to access it when she turned 18 in April. The rest of the money will become available to her once she enters her 30s. The trust fund was carefully constructed so that she does not get all the money at once and becomes overwhelmed.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were once Hollywood’s favorite power couple. They were first linked together in April 2005, and by June, they were engaged to be married. The couple welcomed Suri in April 2006 and went on to tie the knot on November 18, 2006.
The marriage ended in June 2012 when Suri was only six years old, and Holmes was granted primary custody of their daughter. According to Mello & Pickering, LLP, they reached a divorce settlement in record time. As per the settlement, Cruise would have to pay Holmes $400,000 in child support annually. That $33,000 per month.
Now that Suri is over eighteen years old, Cruise likely no longer has to pay the set amount every month in child support. However, the Top Gun actor is still responsible for his daughter’s other expenses, including college tuition.
Studying at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Suri is receiving about $65,000 per year from Cruise for her education. Via the Daily Mail, Holmes and Cruise’s divorce documents also revealed that the action superstar has to cover Suri’s expenses, like medical, dental, insurance, education, college, and other extracurricular costs.
Despite being estranged from his daughter, Cruise reportedly has never missed a payment and is always there for Suri, at least financially. A source told the outlet, “Tom is indeed paying for Suri’s tuition, he has always paid for her schooling and would never stop as he is a stand-up guy.”
They added, “He has never hesitated paying his daughter’s child support and expenses. He does not go back on his word. He is fulfilling his obligation.”
Cruise and Suri were last spotted together in April 2013. She has also dropped ‘Cruise’ from her name and now goes by Suri Noelle, inspired by Holmes’ middle name.

Surprisingly, yes. While Suri is living her best college life, she has previously worked in Hollywood, though you might not remember seeing her on your screens.
