In the Vogue interview, Brown emphasized that she and Bongiovi are equal partners in parenting, praising her husband’s involvement. She described him as “the most amazing dad,” indicating they share all responsibilities for their daughter. Their shared approach ensures both are actively involved in their new family dynamic.
Her commitment to her daughter’s privacy is a priority for the actress. Brown explained her choice to keep her daughter out of the public eye until she can decide for herself.
For me, it’s really important to protect her and her story until she’s old enough to potentially one day share it herself. It’s not my place to purposefully put her in the spotlight unwillingly.
This protective stance extends to withholding her daughter’s name from the public. Brown stated that she will only reveal the name when her daughter is ready, allowing her child to control her own relationship with public attention.
The actress had expressed her wish to adopt before welcoming her daughter. During a March 2025 appearance on the SmartLess podcast, she said she did not distinguish between adoption and biological parenthood. Brown mentioned that her parents had children at a young age, and that Jake Bongiovi, son of Jon Bon Jovi, also came from a family of four.
The couple shared their first photo of their daughter in October 2025 on social media. Brown continues to balance her demanding career with her new responsibilities as a parent. She recently finished production on Enola Holmes 3, showing no signs of slowing down.
