‘Perfect for stocking up for birthdays or Christmas’ parents cry as Tesco slashes loads of toys to as little as 30p

IT’S never too early to start stocking up for Christmas, or even any birthdays you might have coming up – especailly when the deals are this good.

Tesco fans have been raving about some of the reduced prices on the toy aisle this week, so run, don’t walk to your local store.

The bargains are available in Tesco right now but stock may vary

One shopper scooped up a huge haul of goodies

Loads of different toys have been slashed in price

Keen bargain hunters have been scooping up loads of impressive deals and taking to the popular money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK to rave about their finds.

One savvy shopper shared a snap of the toys in her local store in Telford, and there’s still loads of things you can get your hands on.

From the LOL City Cruiser, to Lego sets and even soft toys – there’s something any kid would love.

The best part is the prices have been massively slashed, with prices starting at just 30p

One mum showed off her haul of goodies and wrote: “This was Cleethorpes, most things about 30p each!”

Her haul included two bottles of Magic Potions, two LOL Minis, a Hot Wheels Mini Makers Kit, a Spiderman toy, and loads more.

Other shoppers couldn’t believe how cheap the items were and congratulated the mum on her finds.

One wrote: “Wow, great find, need to get down there.”

Amazing Back-to-School Deals You Can't Miss!

“I managed to get a few bits 90 percent off last week,” a second said.

And a third chimed in: “I got some bits today too, not much left in my Tesco though.”

Toys aren’t the only thing Tesco shoppers are going wild for at the moment, they’re also loving items from the summer clearance sale – with outdoor furniture costing as little as £7.45.

One eagle-eyed shopper took to the same Facebook group to share her finds.

Many of the items she posted had over half off including the large wooden Modular Outdoor Table and Sofa with a 55% discount.

Currently on sale for £129, the set was originally £290 – that’s a £161 saving.

There’s also a variety of multi-colour garden rugs with geometric patterns at half price reduced from £15 to £7.45.

And is sofa style dining isn’t for you there’s a wooden outdoor table set which comes with four chairs and a parasol and with £60 off.

Originally sold at £150, the price has been slashed by 40% and is now on sale at £90.

In the clearance sale, there was also 55% of the child’s activity pool reduced by from £115 to £51.75.

And if you want to eat outdoors, but you don’t want to commit to a full set of dining room furniture, you’ve still got plenty of options.

The sale also includes individual rattan dining chairs at £15 each and a 25% discount on black plastic chairs reduced from £25 to £18.50 saving savvy shoppers £7.50

Unfortunately it looks like the best bargain’s you’ll have to go in store, as they are not online.

You can find your nearest branch by using the stock locator tool on the Tesco website.

Shops often get rid of summer stock for cheap ahead, to make way for the new Autumn ranges coming in store.

It also means stock that’s discounted can vary from one store to the next.

What can I get with Tesco Clubcard?

TESCO'S Clubcard scheme allows shoppers to earn points as they shop.

These points can then be turned into vouchers for money off food at the supermarket, or discounts at other places like restaurants and days out.

Each time you spend £1 in-store and online, you get one point when you scan your Clubcard.

Drivers using the loyalty card get one point for every two litres spent on fuel.

One point equals 1p, so 150 points gets you a £1.50 money-off voucher, for example.

You can double their worth when you swap them for discounts with “reward partners”.

For example, £12 worth of vouchers can be swapped for a £24 three-month subscription to Disney+.

Or you can swap 50p worth of points for £1 to spend at Hungry Horse pubs.

Where you can spend them changes regularly, and you can check on the Tesco website what’s available now.

Tesco shoppers can also get Clubcard prices when they have the loyalty card.

The discounted items change regularly and without a Clubcard you’ll pay a higher price.

These Clubcard prices are usually labelled on shelves, along with the non-member price.

But it’s worth noting that just because it’s discounted doesn’t necessarily make it the cheapest around, and you should compare prices to find the best deal.

You can sign up to get a Tesco Clubcard in store or online via the Tesco website.
