Now You See Me: Now You Don’t is officially headed to theatres on November 14, 2025. And the Four Horsemen are dusting off their card tricks for another round. The magic squad is back in action with every major familiar face returning.
Jesse Eisenberg jumps back in as J. Daniel Atlas, still the fast-talking illusionist with a love for attention. Only this time, he’s decided he doesn’t need the original trio by his side (at least not at first). Instead, Atlas ropes in a much younger team: Bosco (Dominic Sessa), Charlie (Justice Smith), and June (Ariana Greenblatt). But obviously, it would not be Now You See Me without the original cast.
Jesse Eisenberg as J. Daniel Atlas

Jesse Eisenberg is back again. We will once again get to see the smug J. Daniel Atlas, the illusionist who loves being in charge just a little too much. Atlas, who originally helped piece together the Four Horsemen and naturally assumed the leadership crown, is back with a new attitude. This time, he has a new crew.
After a messy falling out with the original team, Atlas decides to recruit three fresh magicians. He is convinced he can outshine fate and his past. Of course, because the universe enjoys irony, the old Horsemen swoop in. They lend a helping hand when his new squad lands itself in trouble while attempting to steal what’s hyped as “the most valuable jewel in history.” Classic Atlas. The man has big dreams, bigger problems.
Woody Harrelson as Merritt McKinney

Woody Harrelson is back as Merritt McKinney. He plays the role of the mentalist in this epic franchise. And this mentalist never met a mind he could not toy with. McKinney is the mischievous one in the group. As the oldest member of the Horsemen, he could be the wise one.
He sometimes has a grounded voice of reason. But that’s absolutely not his brand. Instead, he enjoys stirring the pot. He likes hypnotizing strangers for fun. And annoying Atlas whenever possible is his life’s motto. That unpredictable streak is exactly what makes him dangerous and delightful.
Dave Franco as Jack Wilder

Dave Franco hops back in as Jack Wilder. Wilder is the street-smart pickpocket turned legitimate(ish) illusionist. Jack has always been the youngest and nimblest. He can slide through tight situations, literally and figuratively. This is basically his profession.
After the fallout with Atlas, everyone assumed Jack would keep his distance. But in the film’s trailer, he pulls a classic Jack move. He shows up out of nowhere mid-heist-gone-wrong. Then he casually announces that he is “Saving your a–.” It’s the kind of comeback that sums his character up perfectly. Jack is sneaky, sarcastic, and weirdly reliable at the worst possible moments.
Isla Fisher as Henley Reeves

Isla Fisher slips back into Henley Reeves’ shoes like she never left. Henley was funny and a little unpredictable in the best way. She’s the only woman in the original Horsemen lineup.
Her comeback means a lot because she sat out the second film while expecting her baby, and Lizzy Caplan filled in as Lula May during her absence. But the minute Henley steps back into the spotlight, it’s like the group’s rhythm snaps back into place. There’s history, especially with Atlas—some tension, some old sparks, and a lot of unsaid stuff. And that just adds more flavor. Henley remains the escape artist who can slip out of handcuffs and cages with ease.
Morgan Freeman as Thaddeus Bradley
Morgan Freeman returns as Thaddeus Bradley. Even in the quick flashes from the trailer, he is exactly as cryptic and commanding as fans remember him to be. Bradley is the magician-turned-debunker. He made a career exposing tricksters. He has been cashing in on their secrets.
His smooth voice still carries that mysterious charm. In the trailer, he grabs attention when he says,
My Horsemen, you were brought together for a reason — to bring down two generations of criminals with a single sleight of hand.
If Bradley is giving directions again, it means the stakes are sky-high.
Mark Ruffalo as Dylan Rhodes

Mark Ruffalo wasn’t spotted in the trailer, but his return is confirmed. And that alone has fans buzzing. Ruffalo steps back into the shoes of Dylan Rhodes, the FBI agent with a magician’s secret history, a ton of emotional baggage, and a knack for wrestling the line between law and loyalty.
Variety broke the news in April 2025 that he would appear “in some capacity,” which essentially guarantees Rhodes will make an appearance at exactly the moment everything spirals out of control. His story arc took a wild turn in the second film when his family’s link to the world of magic was revealed. And now, his involvement could very well be the lynchpin that holds the whole operation together—or blows it apart.
