While the world continues to talk about her and the latest setback in her life, Nicole Kidman continues to serve. Amid the divorce from longtime partner Keith Urban, the Babygirl actress took the runway at Vogue World: Hollywood by storm.
On October 26, Kidman opened the runway presentation at Paramount Studios, dressed in a stunning custom black gown by Matthieu Blazy (via PEOPLE). While her look was giving ‘old Hollywood’ in the best way possible, it was also a homage to Gilda (1946), starring legendary actor and dancer Rita Hayworth.

Kidman walked the runway to the exact song Gilda performed in the film, while wearing the dress. Check out Hayworth’s look from the 1946 noir/romance film below:

Kidman may be going through one of the toughest periods of her life at the moment, but that doesn’t mean she is going to let it affect her life. With her head held high, she’s strutting through both runways and life!
Nicole Kidman Believes Everything Happens for a Reason
Ever since Keith Urban and Nicole Urban called it quits on their marriage, there have been reports left and right, talking about how the actress has been dealing with the split. Turns out, she is reportedly putting all her focus on staying positive.
A source told PEOPLE that Kidman is “surrounded by the two things that matter the most to her. Her family and her work.” They added that she is “keeping it positive” and that “she isn’t someone who dwells on regrets — she believes everything happens for a reason.”
Kidman has several projects lined up that she’s looking forward to, as per the insider, and she apparently “has a great attitude and feels very grateful for her life.“
The actress will soon be seen in Margo’s Got Money Troubles, Scarpetta, Big Little Lies Season 03, and Practical Magic 2.
How Is Keith Urban Holding up After the Separation?
While Nicole Kidman holds her head high and moves on, we wonder what Keith Urban is up to after the separation. Immediately after the split was announced, reports started circulating that Urban had been unfaithful to Kidman.
Several reports also linked him to two younger women in the music industry – Maggie Baugh and Kelsea Ballerini – claiming that they have been helping him move on, providing Urban with a shoulder to cry on.

Amid all this, Urban has been labeled the “bad guy“ by the public. A source told Woman’s Day, “Things are just too awkward right now and Keith just doesn’t have the confidence to face all the press. He’s got paps hunting him down and he’s no longer taking direct calls.“
After Urban missed the premiere of his reality show with Blake Shelton, the insider claimed that the country star is too “embarrassed to show his face on a red carpet until things settle down.“
Apparently, “he knows he’s being painted as the bad guy” and doesn’t want the controversy to overshadow The Road.
Urban caught flak for switching up the lyrics to his song, The Fighter, to include Baugh’s name during a performance. He seemingly addressed the backlash during his last tour stop in Nashville. Before he sang You’ll Think of Me, he said, “I’ve been covering it like this for a long time. Stop reading stuff into it” (via Hello Magazine).
So while Kidman walks down runways and attends important events with grace, Urban seems to be retreating from the spotlight, trying to navigate the split in his own way.
