Jessica Alba’s Divorce Settlement: How Did She Start Dating 11 Years Younger Marvel Hero Danny Ramirez?

By William Johnson 10/29/2025

Jessica Alba is making things official with younger boyfriend, Danny Ramirez. In her latest set of beach vacation photos from Byron Bay, Australia, she was seen holding hands with the Top Gun: Maverick star. Alba and Ramirez was first spotted together in July, only months after she officially filed for divorce from Cash Warren.

She split from Warren in December and filed for divorce in February. She began dating Ramirez sometime before July. They were spotted together in Cancun, Mexico, on a vacation (via TMZ). She appeared to have moved on with her life after the divorce, which appears to be amicable.

When they confirmed their separation, fans obviously wondered about what’s at stake for the two of them in the divorce. The couple share three children: Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7. Both Warren and Alba are seeking custody of their children in court.

As for their asset division, a legal source earlier told The U.S. Sun that Alba might have to pay Warren $2 million per year after the divorce, regardless of the existence of a prenup. The source explained that Warren took on the role of a house husband and looked after the kids while Alba was busy building her stardom and her business.

Alba founded the personal care product business, Honest Company, in 2012. She stepped down as the chief creative officer of the company last year, but still has ties to the business and is a part of the board of directors. Warren also reportedly has stakes in this business. He is a film producer and founder the sock and underwear company, Pair of Thieves. A source told PEOPLE:

He’s also involved in the business. Because they’re not in war with one another — and they’ve made that clear — they may not be in love with one another, but they seem to be able to interact with respect. That’s what they’re going to do most likely in their business until one may want to be bought out by the other

They also owned a mansion in Beverly Hills, which they purchased for $10 million in 2017 (via TMZ). It appears that the former couple intends to sell the property and divide the proceeds. Page Six reported that they have listed the mansion for $18,995,000 in April after filing for divorce.

The Fantastic Four actress landed in Australia not only to enjoy a vacation with Ramirez but also to film her action thriller, The Mark. The 44-year-old actress and the 32-year-old actor might post more photos from their quality time in Down Under.

Jessica Alba Seems to Have an Amicable Divorce from Cash Warren

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren may have lost the intimacy they once had, but it appears that they are keeping the love and respect intact. While breaking her silence on their separation back in January, Alba wrote that they were both embarking on a new chapter of growth. She wrote (via E!Online):

I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash. I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.

She shared that they were moving forward with “love, kindness, and respect for each other.” She also shared that their children remain the highest priority for both of them. In June, she celebrated her ex-husband on Father’s Day, sharing, “Our babies couldn’t have a better dad—Warm. Kind. Present. Always knowing just what to say” (via E!Online). She further wrote:

I admire your patience and the way you hold space for them, making them feel safe and light after every conversation. Thank you for being their rock.

They celebrated Easter together with their kids, taking them for an outdoor egg hunt and a trip to the petting zoo (via PEOPLE). They also reunited a few weeks back to support their daughter Honor during a tennis match. A source told Page Six:

Jessica did not acknowledge Cash when he arrived and ignored him the entire match. They were seated with several people in between them and did not speak until the end, when Cash came up and asked Jessica to take a walk with him into the park.

While they supported their daughter in total silence, it was far better than how other celebrity ex-couples handled their divorce.

Cash Warren Also Reportedly Moved on to Another Relationship After Jessica Alba

They were spotted on a double date with another young couple at E Baldi restaurant in L.A. However, the relationship appears to have fizzled out fast.
