When he was still married to Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt got the chance to enjoy a sultry lap dance from Kelly Adkins. This was because the dance was required for a scene in Ocean’s Eleven where Adkins’ stripper, Charmaine, performed at the behest of Pitt’s Rusty Ryan, so she could swipe a keycard for him from a casino security guard during a lap dance.
As per the latest reports from RadarOnline.com, the stripper seemed pretty excited to recall that she lap danced for Pitt at the now-demolished jiggly joint Crazy Horse Too in Las Vegas. She reportedly said:
I stripped for Brad [Pitt], and not many gals will ever be able to say that!
But the more surprising part is how Aniston took it, since she had tied the knot with the actor just the previous year. Turns out, Pitt had actually gotten his now-ex-wife’s permission ahead of time to shoot the six-minute scene. A source claimed to RadarOnline.com about the same,
The crew was ribbing Brad that Jennifer might have to close her eyes during Kelly’s exotic dance when she sees the movie, but Brad assured everyone his wife was okay with it.
So Aniston was okay with her then-husband enjoying a steamy lap dance from an actress for the sake of a movie scene? Seems like it.
Brad Pitt Reportedly Eased Kelly Adkins’ Anxiousness Before the Scene
While she later got to gush about earning the chance of doing something erotic for Brad Pitt, sources claim that things weren’t as easy before shooting the scene. If anything, Kelly Adkins reportedly admitted that she confided in the actor about being anxious about the scene before filming took place.
However, Pitt appears to have served as quite a gentleman for her in the scene. As an on-set source claimed to RadarOnline.com about Aniston’s now-ex-husband,
He slipped his arm around her shoulders and said, ‘I don’t know who will be more nervous, you or me.’
Perhaps it was all thanks to him that Adkins was able to pull off that respective scene so iconically!
Kelly Adkins Called Brad Pitt “A Sweetheart”
Kelly Adkins earned significant exposure from that movie, having worked alongside the likes of George Clooney and Julia Roberts, besides Brad Pitt. If anything, it served as a boost in her career, which then saw her go on to star in the 2006 horror flick Bigfoot.
In fact, even Clooney and Roberts are reported to have congratulated her as her co-stars after the shooting of the film wrapped, reportedly saying, “Brad’s a lucky dog – he got all the best scenes!”
However, at the time, Adkins insisted that the pleasure was all hers before proceeding to gush in praise of Pitt. Per RadarOnline.com, she said,
Brad is a sweetheart and a gentleman. I’ll never forget this as long as I live.
Since the 2001 movie, though, the model, actress, and showgirl from Orlando, Florida, has come a long way. But it doesn’t seem like she’ll forget about Pitt’s chivalry anytime soon!
