How to Play Diddy Simulator, Is This Game Even Real: Roblox Lawsuit Explained

By Steven Moore 10/10/2025

In July 2025, Roblox and Discord found themselves at the center of a harrowing lawsuit filed in California, accused of hosting P Diddy and Jeffrey Epstein-themed content disturbingly easy for kids to access. This resurfaced amid Diddy’s recent sentencing to 50 months in prison.

So, games titled DIDDY SURVIVAL, diddy party, and Freaky Diddy Simulator were once just a few clicks away on Roblox. According to Court Watch’s report, anyone could access them simply by logging in until the platform quietly scrubbed them from existence.

The 105-page lawsuit alleges that an 11-year-old girl was groomed and s*xually assaulted after connecting with a predator through Roblox and Discord, with both companies accused of negligence. The complaint highlights how Roblox hosted digital “Diddy parties” and games, forcing players to escape Epstein’s Island, effectively trivializing serious crimes.

A 2024 report by Hindenburg Research, cited in the lawsuit, exposed over 600 games referencing P Diddy, and more than 900 Roblox accounts with variations of Jeffrey Epstein’s name were active in children’s spaces. The lawsuit paints a disturbing picture of Roblox’s failure to police predatory environments, including “condo games” where virtual n*dity and simulated s*xual acts occur with no meaningful oversight. The lawsuit said:

They can also play games like ‘Public Bathroom Simulator Vibe,’ which allows access to users as young as nine years old and enables users to simulate s*xual activity in virtual bathrooms, as well as virtual strip clubs, where child avatars perform s*xually explicit acts.

Per recent reports, Roblox has yet to comment publicly on the allegations.

Does P Diddy Still Face Nearly 70 Lawsuits After Prison Sentencing?

Despite Sean Combs’ recent sentencing to approximately four years in prison on prostitution-related charges, his legal battles are far from over. Nearly 70 civil lawsuits accusing him of s*xual violence and other egregious acts loom large. Experts describe this legal avalanche as a “headache” that could drain millions more from his estimated $400 million fortune, with legal fees in his federal s*x-crimes case already estimated above $15 million (per NY Post).

Attorney Nicole Brenecki believes P Diddy might settle some claims quickly to end the relentless pressure, given the financial impact is minimal. Conversely, celebrity lawyer Bradford Cohen suggests Combs should fight back, arguing that settling only encourages more lawsuits. Cohen points to the thin evidence in many cases, implying that litigation may favor Diddy, who was acquitted of more severe s*x-trafficking charges.

Former prosecutor David Setlzer highlights Combs’ exoneration on major felony counts, predicting

He just got exonerated on multiple felonies — I think he’s going to come out stronger than ever.

Combs’ legal troubles ignited in late 2023 with ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s $20 million settlement after rape and abuse claims. This “blood in the water” moment triggered a surge of lawsuits, many lacking strong physical evidence, involving accusations from men, women, adults, and minors.

Some claims are extraordinary: co-founder Kirk Burrowes alleges being forced to witness Combs’ s*xual acts and ordered to hire more gay male interns. While some cases have been dismissed, others persist, including s*xual assault allegations.

The torturous legal saga continues, and whether Combs will settle or fight tooth and nail remains a gripping question.

Did Diddy Get Denied Request to Serve His Sentence in NJ Prison?

Though P Diddy may have narrowly escaped harsher convictions, he has hit a snag with his prison arrangements. His request to serve his 50-month sentence at New Jersey’s FCI Fort Dix, aiming to benefit from its drug rehabilitation program and family proximity, was denied, per All Hip Hop.

Judge Arun Subramanian clarified that while the court may recommend a geographic location, it cannot select a specific facility; the Bureau of Prisons holds that authority. Combs will serve time in a facility within the New York Metropolitan area and be considered for the Residential Drug Abuse Program (per VIBE):

The Court will recommend a facility in the geographic location of the defense’s choosing, but not the specific facility, which is determined by the Bureau of Prisons.

His July acquittal on racketeering and s*x trafficking charges came after a two-month trial featuring testimonies from ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, Kid Cudi, and s*x workers allegedly present at his infamous “freak offs.” The prosecution had sought an 11-year sentence, but Combs received 50 months plus a $500,000 fine, with his legal team appealing the decision.

Apparently, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal nightmare is far from over, weaving a complex tale of allegations, settlements, and courtroom battles that raise urgent questions about justice and accountability.
