Hailey Bieber is once again reasserting the fact that her skincare routine includes no Botox treatments. She appeared on Owen Thiele’s In Your Dreams podcast and discussed her skincare treatment while also addressing the Botox allegations. She shared with Thiele, “I don’t have any Botox except for in my jaw for TMJ, but I have no Botox in my face.”
TMJ botox involves injecting the toxin into the jaw muscles to relieve pain, headaches, and teeth grinding caused by temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ). Bieber shared that she made a commitment to herself not to undergo any Botox procedures until she turned 30. The Rhode founder shared on the podcast:
I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s. When I get there, I’ll see if I even want to do it.
She further claimed that her 57-year-old mother, Kennya Baldwin, never got Botox of any kind. She shared, “My mom does nothing to her skin and she looks insane.” Owning a skincare brand herself, Bieber knows her way around a good treatment regimen. She made sure to mention the few treatments that she “really do like” on the podcast.
She shared that she loved the advanced skincare treatments, including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) with microneedling and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF). She explained on the podcast:
I’m just really diligent with my skincare, but there are treatments that I really do like. I love PRP with microneedling. I’ve done PRF, which is, they take your blood, but they heat it and then they cool it, and it kind of makes your blood like a gel consistency, and then they put it on your face, and then you inject it. I like to do things that I can trust are from my own body.
She shared that she had injected PRF into her “smile lines” and “under my eyes”. She also revealed that she did her PRF injections “a couple of times a year.” She also added, “I’ve done light little lasers before [too], but that’s it.”
Hailey Bieber Previously Snapped at a Fan Who Speculated About Her Face
Hailey Bieber hasn’t responded kindly to allegations of plastic surgery in the past. She previously denied going under the knife and even snapped at a fan for implying that her transformation was a result of cosmetic procedures. In 2020, she slammed a fan who posted her younger and recent pictures to highlight the transformation.
The fan wrote, “What a transformation,” with a rolling eye emoji, hinting that she did something to her face. However, Bieber snapped back at the fan and asked them to stop sharing edited photos of her. Under the since-deleted post, she wrote, “Stop using pics that are edited by makeup artists! This photo on the right is NOT what I look like…”
She further furiously claimed that she never touched her face for any cosmetic procedures. She angrily shared, “So if you’re gonna sit around and compare me at 13, and then me at 23, at least use a natural photo that wasn’t edited so crazy.”

Despite her reiterating that she has never undergone surgery, experts have analyzed her face and claimed that she might’ve gotten some procedures done. Dr. Jennifer Armstrong claimed on TikTok that she did an eyebrow lift, rhinoplasty, under-eye filler, and a lip filler.
Hailey Bieber Opened Up About Building Her Skincare Brand
Hailey Bieber talked with Owen Thiele about building her skincare brand Rhode from scratch during the pandemic. She shared about how she landed on the name of her brand, “I knew I wanted to call it Rhode. It’s my middle name, of course, it’s my mom’s middle name, it’s a family name, so I was certain on that.”
Her company was an online platform until its recent partnership with Sephora to sell in retail shops. Interestingly, Bieber loves going into the office and managing her business. She shared, “I love going into the office, it’s really close to my house, so it’s easy for me. But I’m involved in the company every single day. I’m on text chains, calls, and constantly working on something.” About the Sephora partnership, she shared:
It’s definitely surreal. As a kid, Sephora was the place I always went to buy makeup and skincare. So seeing Rhode there feels like a real pinch-me moment. It’s just crazy to think about.
Bieber also addressed the “craziest headline” she read about herself and the nepo baby comments online. She shared that she read the headline, “Hailey is doing management for her husband,” adding that it was “so stupid and so ridiculous.” As for the nepo baby allegations, she shared, “I think talking about it is important, and I think awareness is important.”
Hailey and Justin Bieber welcomed their son Jack Blues Bieber in 2024. She shared on the podcast that she loved being a mom and hinted at the possibility of having more kids. She shared, “I definitely do [want more kids] because I know I want more than one, but I’m not in a rush.”
