Long before Erika Kirk was elected CEO and chair of Turning Point USA, after the shocking death of her husband, Charlie Kirk, she had her moment on reality TV. Yes, the future conservative figurehead once popped up on Bravo’s Summer House, a fact that recently resurfaced after Charlie’s September 10, 2025, assassination at Utah Valley University.
Viewers saw her as Erika Frantzve in a Season 3 cameo that TikTok (via Daily Mail) has revived with the enthusiasm of someone dusting off old receipts.
Carl Radke Set Erika Kirk up With His Buddy Jordan Verroi

Erika’s Summer House appearance plays like a tiny time capsule from her pre-political spotlight life. Back then, Jordan Verroi, also 36, thought he’d do a good deed by setting her up with his roommate, Carl Radke, 40. Carl’s review was instant and glowing. He called Erika “beautiful” and noted that she “happens to be religious,” which, in that house, probably felt as rare as a quiet weekend.
A resurfaced video is going viral showing Erika Kirk on Bravo’s reality show Summer House.

But Carl wasn’t the only one taking notes. Verroi himself seemed a little smitten, to put it mildly. He even went on about Erika’s “beautiful blonde hair, her smile,” and her general “radiance” (via Daily Mail). He doubled down later, saying her “outward beauty and inner beauty” checked every box he’d been searching for.
Erika and Jordan ended up going on a date. The two of them even bonded over their shared faith. Erika was a bit smitten, too. She said he was like “a bright light in a very dark place.” And while the two definitely vibed on camera, nothing carried over once filming wrapped. The sparks stayed on screen.
Erika Kirk Chose to Step Away From the Limelight

By fall 2018, Erika met Charlie Kirk. That connection turned out to be the one that actually mattered. They married in May 2021 and went on to have two children. Her Summer House episode aired in May 2019, but by then, she had already pivoted hard toward academia. She chose Liberty University and a juris master’s degree over reality TV fame.
When fans later learned she had turned down a full-time spot on Summer House, Erika addressed it directly on Instagram, sounding like someone who’d made peace with the trade-offs.
To the [one’s] that sent me insane amounts of encouragement & prayer as I silently pursued this degree.
She further wrote that she’d made big “career sacrifices,” including passing on not just Summer House but “other various TV show opportunities.”

In the end, she bet on education instead of a Bravo paycheck. Years later, especially in the wake of Charlie’s death and her sudden leadership role, that decision looks less like a sacrifice and more like quiet groundwork for the life she has now.
