Emma Watson stepped out in public for the first time in a while and the internet is giving her a solid 10.
The Harry Potter star took a break from studying for her master's degree at Oxford University to attend the 2025 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game on Friday, February 14.
Dressed casually in a pair of black capri pants and a black, short-sleeved crop top, Watson was seen chatting with Tucker Halpern of SOFI TUKKER fame. A video clip of Watson and Halpern chatting on the sidelines was posted on ESPN's TikTok.
An excited Watson was seen waving and blowing kisses to someone else nearby. She carried a dark red jacket over her arm and wore minimal accessories, including a ring on her forefinger and a pair of hoop earrings.
Watson has been knee-deep in her studies at Oxford University, where she has been studying creative writing, according to the Independent. In an effort to focus on obtaining her master's degree, Watson stepped away from acting — a decision she's so glad that she made.
"I'm just so glad that I did because I have this feeling of having my own voice and creative space and sovereignty in some way that I don't think I did before – more autonomy," she said in a January 2024 interview with British Vogue.
"I'm so glad that I allowed things to be messy for a minute and to really allow myself to not know [what's next], because the knowing that I've come to, I wouldn't trade that for anything," she added.
Watson obtained her undergrad degree from Brown University in 2014.
As far as her social life goes, Watson appears to have found love while attending Oxford. She is said to be dating Kieran Brown, who is hoping to obtain his PhD from the university. According to The Sun, the two have a lot to talk about, given that he's studying 19th century literature and economics.
