On Christmas, Dua Lipa shared a carousel of photos from her holiday with family and her boyfriend, Callum Turner, setting off a firestorm of rumors. In one photo, the singer appears to be wearing a diamond ring on her left hand and fans are convinced she and Turner are engaged.

The couple has been dating for just over a year. In the carousel, Lipa shared a selfie of them together as they’re laughing and leaning into one another. On December 27, she shared more photos, including pics of herself in a white two-piece and a Santa hat. She also showed off her turkey dinner, which she called her “best work.”

There is no confirmation of the engagement, but a source reportedly told The Sun, “Dua and Callum are so in love and know this is forever. They are engaged and couldn’t be happier. Dua has had one of the best years of her career professionally and this is the cherry on the cake.”

The insider continued, “Callum is such a solid support for Dua and they make a wonderful couple. Their family and friends are so happy. It’s been an amazing Christmas for them.”

Neither one of them has really spoken publicly about their relationship, but Lipa did reveal something about her approach to romance while speaking to Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1 earlier this year.

“In terms of relationships, I needed to get to this place in order to find what I really needed,” she shared. “You have to be in the act of forgiveness and growing and learning, and being okay with the past in order to move on with what’s to come next. So it’s, for me, Happy for You is a beautiful, happy song, because it’s so reflective of my journey.”

She continued, “I think with every relationship, with every experience you learn about yourself, you learn about things that are hurtful to you, what you expect, what you should be ready to give as well. I think, again, it goes back to that exchange of vulnerability.”
