Taylor Swift has been the center of all kinds of discussions ever since her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, came out. Now, there is a small part of the Internet that believes ‘Mother’ might actually be pregnant as we speak.
These speculations arise mainly due to the changes in her appearance, as seen on The Graham Norton Show, where Swift appeared to have a more rounded face. Of course, this isn’t the first time Swift, or any other female celebrity, has been the victim of such scrutiny online.
Dr. Jennifer Armstrong, an aesthetic physician, posted a TikTok talking about why she believes Swift and her fiancé, Travis Kelce, might be expecting a baby soon.
Talking about her year so far, Armstrong added that there is “maybe something else she is not telling us about“, before speculating that she is pregnant. She pointed out dark markings under Swift’s eyes, chiseled cheeks, and accused her of “purposefully hiding” her forehead and eyebrows with her bangs.
Armstrong said, “Is this because you can’t get Botox because you’re pregnant?” She continued,
Is she diffusely filled with filler or sculptra, or is she puffed up for some reason? It just looks like one big round puff, whereas before we had the definition. So, let’s say she’s not pregnant, even though it’s the first thing that came to my mind.
While some agreed with Dr. Armstrong, others felt that the speculation was not only baseless but also unnecessary and rude. A user commented, “Can we not speculate if a person is pregnant?” And another one wrote, “It makes me sad that a doctor would be speaking about another woman this way.“

Someone pointed out in her comments section that the photo of Swift she used to make her point is from last year.
Clearly, many Swifties and well-wishers came to Swift’s support in Armstrong’s comments section. While some stated that her mom has a puffy face too, others simply asserted that whether the Opalite singer is pregnant or not is no one’s business!
Taylor Swift Has Talked About Having Children Before
Taylor Swift wants the best of both worlds, and we are here for it. Aside from her glittering career, the singer has always wanted to have a family with the man she loves.
All the way back in 2010, she told US Weekly (via Distractify) that having kids was something on her bucket list. She said, “Oh, well, kids, yes! Later in life, definitely. I’d love to get to a place where I could do what my mom did.“
However, Swift knows that managing a family and being a star of her caliber may not be realistic. She continued,
But let’s say I’m 30 and still touring: I wouldn’t want to have a family, because I couldn’t balance it. But I really have no idea about the future. It’s so unexpected. Trust me!
Then, in 2012, Swift opened up to Marie Claire (via Capital FM) that she wants “a bunch of [children] running around, minimum four.” For her, “the idea of pouring everything you are into another person when you become a parent” has always amazed her.

Now that she has finally figured everything out and has found her true love, things have changed. While Swift has not explicitly talked about wanting children with Kelce, her latest song Wish List (Wi$h Li$t), which is seemingly about him, gave us an idea of what the singer’s ideal future looks like.
