Diddy’s Supervised Release Conditions: P Diddy Can Not Contact Cassie Ventura for 5 Years

By Kevin Thomas 10/18/2025

It seems Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs won’t be dialing Cassie Ventura anytime soon or for the next five years, to be exact. According to court documents obtained by NewsNation, once Diddy completes his prison sentence, he will be subject to five years of supervised release. This means he is legally barred from any contact with Ventura, his ex-girlfriend and a key witness in the high-profile pr*stitution-related case against him.

After a 50-month prison sentence handed down earlier this month for two counts of pr*stitution under the Mann Act, Combs’ future movements, conversations, and even living arrangements will be policed with near-military precision. According to court papers filed Wednesday, P Diddy must report to a probation officer on demand, submit to random searches, including his home, car, phone, and even his papers, and he can’t move without a 10-day advance notice.

Moreover, he’s reportedly prohibited from owning firearms or anything remotely resembling one, forbidden from using drugs (complete with random drug tests), and must work 30 hours a week minimum. More strikingly, the music mogul will be forced into domestic violence and mental health treatment programs.

Is Cassie Ventura Afraid of P Diddy Taking Retribution Against His Victims

Last month, Cassie Ventura’s letter to the court reads like a scar that still bleeds. In the emotionally searing letter obtained by TMZ, she warned Judge Subramanian that if P Diddy is not kept incarcerated, his “first actions will be swift retribution”. She accused Combs of trapping her in an 11-year nightmare, beginning when she was just 19 years old.

Ventura wrote:

S*x acts became my full-time job, used as the only way to stay in [Combs’s] good graces. I regularly worried that displeasing him meant putting my family and friends’ safety at risk…. The horrors I endured drove me to have thoughts of suicide—ones I almost followed through on, if not for my family’s intervention and urging that I seek professional care.

Ventura testified that P Diddy forced her into disturbing weekly “freak-offs” with male s*x workers. She said she was left with infections, trauma, and the constant fear of retaliation against her and her loved ones. The final straw may have been the hotel security video showing Combs physically assaulting Ventura, an incident even his own lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, admitted in court (via Vanity Fair):

We own the domestic violence.

Well, while Sean Combs begins serving his time, his children are trying to piece together what’s left of normalcy.

P Diddy’s Kids Reunite to Celebrate Special Occasion While Rapper Remains in Jail

On October 16, Dana Tran, the mother of Diddy’s youngest daughter, Love Sean Combs, shared a sweet video of the toddler’s 3rd birthday party on Instagram Story (via The Mirror). The gathering featured siblings Christian ‘King’ Combs, twins D’Lila and Jessie, Justin Combs, and Quincy Taylor Brown, all rallying around their baby sister with smiles and a fruit-covered cake. The only one missing? Chance Combs.

It’s a moment of rare familial unity, even as their father’s world remains upended. On October 6, Diddy’s lawyers asked Judge Subramanian to recommend FCI Fort Dix, a low-security New Jersey facility known for its drug abuse treatment programs, as the preferred prison placement. They argued this would “maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts.” Attorney Teny Geragos wrote:

We request that the Court strongly recommend to the Bureau of Prisons that Mr. Combs be placed at FCI Fort Dix for RDAP purposes.

As of now, the Bureau of Prisons has not finalized where P Diddy will serve his time. But one thing is clear: his sentence includes a $500,000 fine, five years of supervised release, and zero communication with anyone involved in criminal activity.

What do you think: Will Diddy ever reclaim the public’s trust?
