Friends actress Courteney Cox took to the Hollywood Walk of Fame to make sure her new star was looking as good as new
Courteney Cox had her fans in hysterics with her latest Instagram upload as she channeled her inner Monica Geller.
The actress' character on Friends was well known for being obsessed with cleaning and it looks like those habits have now crossed into the real world.
Courteney, 58, jokingly hid away from the crowds on the Hollywood Walk of Fame before taking it upon herself to make sure the honours for the stars were looking shiny and new.
As passers by walked over the famous names – including her own – Courteney came out with a spray and wipe in her hands and hit out at those dirtying the symbols.
With Dolly Parton's 9-to-5 playing over the top of the video, Courteney is heard telling folk: "You can walk around," after they were seen to wipe their feet on the tiles.
As well as her own, Courteney got to grips with the stars for Lauren Dern, who also shared the clip with her followers alongside the caption: "Thank you, Court, for cleaning us all up good!"
Referring to the product Courteney used to clean, Lauren continued: "I've been thinking about doing this for a while, but I needed the Homecourt surface cleaner to get these shining bright."
Pal Jennifer Aniston's star also get the Monica treatment in the clip, much to her appreciation.
Also loving the upload were Friends star Lisa Kudrow who called it "only the best thing ever" and Reese Witherspoon, who said: "Thanks for keeping us clean, Court!!"
Courteney joyfully received her star on the Walk of Fame earlier this month and was joined by her former Friends co-stars Lisa and Jennifer for the unveiling.
The accolade, which honours the actress' 40 years in the entertainment industry, came a week ahead of the release of Scream VI, in which the actress reprises her role as reporter Gale Weathers.
As well as her former Friends co-stars, Courteney was joined by daughter Coco, 18, and her partner, Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid for the special occasion.
The actress listened as Jen, 54, paid tribute to her, saying: "To be friends with Courteney is to be family with Courteney. When we met her she was immediately inclusive, warm, loving, interested in everything about you."
