KATY Perry has been called out by American Idol fans after what she wore during Sunday's episode of the singing competition show.
As the reality show is just a few weeks away from the finale, America has a big decision to make on who makes this season's Top 5.

On the stage, she was joined by her co-judges Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie as well as host Ryan SeacrestCredit: ABC
At the very beginning of the episode, Katy, 39, made a huge confession to host Ryan Seacrest, 49, and her co-judges Lionel Richie, 74, and Luke Bryan, 47.
"What you don't know is that my butt is out right now," she laughed.
"Well, fix yourself, Ryan quickly stated before talking to the live audience.
While sitting in the middle of the judge's table, the pop music sensation wore a plunging black leather dress that left little to the imagination.
The Firework hitmaker had her makeup touched to perfection while her jet-black hair was nicely combed and styled behind her shoulders.
Moments after competitor McKenna Breinholt performed Katy's hit ET, Ryan jumped on the stage to ask both McKenna and Katy if their dresses were comfortable.
McKenna was wearing a similar dress to Katy's as it was the same fabric just cut differently.
Katy simply responded with, "No."
"It's like the Met Gala a night early!" Ryan joked.

Another said, "Katy is one sneeze away from a wardrobe malfunction!"

A fourth tweeted, "Katy is wearing Glad bags on live tv."

"Bad taste tonight, Katy," a sixth viewer admitted.
Another viewer said, "Big wardrobe error!"

"Luke … if you love Katy, please lend her your jacket," a ninth added.
