Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner split back in 2023, and since then, the singer has been spotted with several women, but nothing seems confirmed. However, in the E! News first look at A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, Jonas seems to have caught the lovebug. The film shows him going on a date with Lucy, portrayed by Chloe Bennet.
Following his date, he tells his brothers, Nick and Kevin, that he felt they had a connection. To which his brothers tease him, asking how many connections he had this month.
However, in real life, he doesn’t seem to be getting ahead with love. Following his alleged breakup with Stormi Bree, he was last spotted with a mystery woman at Bad Bunny’s private party in Miami (via The Daily Mail).
What is A Very Jonas Christmas Movie About?
The Jonas Brothers will be starring in A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, which is set to premiere on Disney+ and Hulu on November 14. The film will follow the trio trying to get home, from London all the way to New York, to be with their families.
In the official teaser for the film, we can spot the three running into trouble while trying to make their way back. The film will also feature seven new Jonas Brothers tracks, including Coming Home This Christmas featuring Kenny G.
Apart from Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas, the film will also star Billie Lourd, Laverne Cox, KJ Apa, Andrew Barth Feldman, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. Moreover, Nick’s wife, Priyanka Chopra, and their daughter, Malti, are also expected to make an appearance, given that we saw them making an appearance via FaceTime in the trailer.
Joe Jonas Opens Up About Divorce
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s divorce was rather tumultuous, and they had a long custody battle. Now, two years after their split, the actor is opening up about how life has been since then. In an interview with Esquire, he remarked,
Divorce is tough. It’s not easy for anybody. People are so quick to make assumptions. And I’m just grateful that I have these guys, and I have amazing family and friends.
The singer, who shares two children, Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3, with Turner, also opened up about how it has been co-parenting with the Game of Thrones star.
People are going through so much, and the fact that I could go perform and make people feel something and maybe distract them from what they’re going through, or their divorce, for the two hours they come see a concert, it gave me so much purpose. That I could get out on the other side two-ish years later, and be able to have a relationship with my co-parent, Sophie, you realize you do everything you do for your kids.
He went on to praise his brothers for always having his back and is grateful for being able to rely on them whenever. It appears that both Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have moved on amicably from their divorce.
