GSP, aka Georges St-Pierre, recently showed up on Adin Ross‘s stream, and the former mixed martial artist found himself a new opponent: ChatGPT. Around the 27-minute mark, St-Pierre recalled how he would have to travel for hours to “physically be in class” and learn new techniques.
But now, it’s only a matter of minutes: “Now I can take my cell phone, learn the technique on my cell phone.” When Ross brought up ChatGPT, UFC’s two-division champion asked it a random question: “Who’s the animal in history that has the biggest bite force of all animal kingdom?”
ChatGPT immediately replied, claiming the answer to be Tyrannosaurus Rex. Immediately, GSP shook his head and countered the all-knowing AI. He said, “I think the Megalodon beats the Tyrannosaurus Rex.”

So, the question is, who wins? GSP or GPT? Well, according to ThoughtCo., the Tyrannosaurus Rex wins the bronze medal with a 10,000 PSI (Pounds per Square Inch). The silver medal goes to Deinosuchus (20,000PSI), and finally, the Megalodon emerges victorious with a PSI of a whopping 40,000.
To give you a rough comparison, the living animal with the strongest bite is the saltwater crocodile at just 4,000 PSI.
GSP Explains How ChatGPT Usually Works on Adin Ross’ Stream

Anyone who has used ChatGPT in the past knows that the platform caters to the user, giving them the answers they want to hear, more often than not. Unfortunately, this isn’t very helpful at times.
As St-Pierre explains during Ross’s stream, “The thing is, ChatGPT can give you the wrong answer sometimes.” Ross then opened up about a friend whose girlfriend uses ChatGPT for relationship advice. Yikes.
GSP replied, “I use it a lot, but I realize that sometimes, depending how you can tweak it, it gives you an answer that you want. Or it can give you a false answer.“

St-Pierre clarified that the T. rex may be the animal with the strongest bite force on land, but GPT failed to take into account the creatures dwelling in the sea.
A Look at GSP’s Love for Dinosaurs

The Canadian MMA fighter has always loved paleontology, and he is not afraid of admitting his nerdy interest. During a conversation with Theo Von on his podcast, he revealed,
When I was young I was always fascinated by dinosaurs. When I took my time off after my fight with Johnny Hendricks – I was always training – but I spent time, I went on different sites. I’m very lucky because…a lot of the big paleontologists that I’ve met, they are a fan of mixed martial art. So I was able to have special access…
It’s easy to notice GSP’s face lighting up with excitement when he talks about paleontology and dinosaurs, as is evident by this interview with Helen Yee:

Fun fact: Did you know that the former fighter has hosted the History Channel’s The Boneyard with Georges St-Pierre? In the two-part TV special, he travels the world looking for dinosaur bones, living out his “childhood dream by tracking down the most vicious predators to ever walk the earth” (via Prime Video).
Judging by this, it seems obvious why St-Pierre was able to catch ChatGPT red-handed on a topic of his choice.
