Akaash Singh was not happy when Jasleen Singh had a nickname for Luigi Mangione. Jasleen was among the internet influencers who supported the jailed criminal after he was accused of killing Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare. She was even swooning over Mangione’s physical attractiveness in her videos.
In one of her videos, she called him a “folk hero” and celebrated him. In another video, she was seen calling him “bae”. In a third video, which is now deleted, she told her fans that her husband is mad because of her comments about Mangione. She shared in the video, “Akaash is mad because I call Luigi bae.”
Singh could be heard in the background of the video, sharing, “I don’t love it.” He further asked her to explain what she meant by ‘bae’. She jokingly shared that bae was like calling someone “honey”, further fueling his dislikeness.
Fans have been calling out her several comments, along with the one about Mangione. Myron Gaines, who ignited the controversy, posted a compilation of videos where Jasleen allegedly embarrassed Singh in her videos. He included the video about Jasleen’s comments on Mangione in the video.
Myron Gaines Bashed Jasleen Singh For Her Comments

Jasleen hosts a podcast with her friend Nehal Tenany called the Main Character Podcast. In the recent episode of the Main Character Pod, Jasleen and Tenany discussed some wild topics, including threesomes, which drew backlash from fans.
A video on X compiled all of Jasleen’s wild s*xual confessions, which has been receiving all the wrong kind of attention from fans. During her podcast appearance, she and Tenany talked about orgies, with Jasleen talking about being attracted to her co-host’s husband. At one point, she even talks about the private part of Tenany’s husband, and the two women laugh about it in the podcast.
Jasleen’s controversy was further fueled by the involvement of Myron Gaines, who had an old beef to settle with Singh. The Fresh&Fit podcast co-host wrote in the comments under Jasleen Singh’s video, “I hate being right all the time.”
The alleged feud between Singh and Gaines dates back to a 2022 podcast episode. When Gaines and his co-host Walter Weekes appeared on the Flagrant 2 podcast, hosts Singh and Andrew Schulz called them out for their content.
While explaining his beef with Asian Doll, Gaines brought up the fact that they don’t date Black women. Singh and Schulz were quick to call them out for the remark, sharing that their content was “corny” and “childish”. Singh shared that Gaines and Weekes were supposed to be Black role models and not set a bad example.
Schulz pointed out how Singh only pursued one brown woman and was married to her. Gaines only laughed during these comments and drew backlash from the audience for not being able to defend his own content.
When Gaines came across Jasleen’s latest content, he saw it as his chance to one-up Singh. Gaines took to X to berate Singh and his wife, commenting, “I’m never wrong about these women…”
I'm never wrong about these women…
Stupid ass jeet @AkaashSingh tried to lecture me about women years ago with his equally retarded co-host @andrewschulz aka AnJew Schulztein…
Here's this jeet's stupid ass wife making a mockery of him and herself on a podcast.…
Singh responded by posting the clip of their old interaction, adding, “My man out here getting triggered by jokes.” Gaines doubled down with more derogatory comments and a discussion of Jasleen’s alleged behavior during his podcast. He also posted an edited clip of Jasleen’s previous comments that went viral on X. However, Singh refrained from further responding to Gaines’s problematic comments.
Jasleen Singh’s Response to the Backlash

Jasleen addressed the controversy on Instagram without directly mentioning Gaines. She was furious that some fans were accepting the remarks made on her content by the “red pill podcast guys.” It wasn’t the only reference she made about Gaines, as she advised her critics not to listen to “cockroaches and parasites.”
Jasleen also brought up the fact that her husband was never judged for making jokes about her during his stand-up show. She shared that they always made “jokes at each other’s expense” and didn’t understand why many people on the internet were “mad” at her for her podcast comments.
She also brought up the story of the 2022 movie, Don’t Worry Darling, claiming that many people were behaving like brainwashed individuals on the internet.
Interestingly, Jasleen had faced similar comments way before her controversy. When a fan commented under one of her videos, “damn, akash waited an u didn’t…”, Jasleen found it “so f**king gross” and “so annoying”. She shared in a TikTok video that her husband also hooked up with other women before they met.
However, she seemingly supported Singh’s claims about her virginity, sharing that they lost it together. She shared in the video, “Who the f**k are you to talk about when I lost my virginity… We both hooked up with people, we both were in relationships. And then together, we both lost our virginity.”
Akaash Singh has had boasted so many times that his wife was virgin and so was he. But, just last month his wife posted this. pic.twitter.com/Jhuplj319P
Some fans appeared confused about her comments. One fan pointed out how she claimed in a previous video that one of her ex-boyfriends refused to “have fun” with her at night when she was on her period. They were convinced that her other comments indicated that she wasn’t a virgin when she met Singh.
