Years before COVID-19 even struck the world, a guy on X, @Marco_Acortes, predicted its coming. And now, famous YouTuber MrBeast has a pretty serious question for him.
This happened more than a decade ago, on June 3, 2013, when the respective X handle took to his account to comment,
Corona virus….its coming
That prediction, as fans already know, came true, leading to the lockdown and quarantine sesh that lasted for more than three years after the pandemic was declared, which lasted till 2023.
When does GTA 6 drop???
Now, years later, the YouTuber took to his X handle to comment on the tweet, which has since garnered 247K reposts, 492K likes, and 24K comments. @MrBeast wrote,
When does GTA 6 drop???
Funnily enough, that’s a question that has been bugging gaming fans for quite some time now, since GTA 6 has been facing delay after delay.
While it was originally scheduled to be released in the fall of 2025, around 12 years after GTA 5 was released, the release date was postponed to May 2026. Then, recently, it was once again delayed, with the current release date for the game being November 19, 2026. Though it remains to be seen if this will be the final release date or not.
Old Reports Show 40 Lab-Confirmed Cases of Novel Coronavirus Since 2012

While the prediction was pretty accurate, it’s worth noting that it came at a time when the World Health Organization had already confirmed 40 laboratory cases of human infection with novel coronavirus (nCoV) since April 2012 (per reports shared by @saivarunn on X).
Per the old reports, numerous countries in the Middle East were affected by the disease at the time, including Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Qatar. Additionally, cases were also reported in three European countries: France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, all of which had a direct or indirect connection to the Middle East.

As seen in the snippet of the report by the WHO, at the time, the most recent case reported had onset on May 10, 2013, where most patients were male and ranged in age from 24 to 94. All of these cases had respiratory disease as part of the illness, with most of them having severe acute respiratory disease requiring hospitalization.
That said, the prediction from @Marco_Acortes doesn’t seem to have come all by itself, considering how there were already reports about the same. But the disease hadn’t fully spread back then, so we might as well give the respective X handle for predicting that part correctly!
Fans Had Some Really Epic Reactions When the Coronavirus Prediction Came True

Since the disease caught most people off guard, since it wasn’t really known back then, people had the most hilarious reactions to this prediction from the X handle. While some were busy making memes about the tweet, others comically asked for help from the X handle after having predicted so correctly.
All in all, here’s what they had to say on X:

Well, fans really found a way to crack up during that time with their memes about the prediction. As for MrBeast’s question? Guess that’s something that can’t really be predicted, and fans will actually have to wait until the release of the game to know for sure.
