Who Is The Notorious B.I.G.’s Son? CJ Wallace Takes Legal Action Over Explosive Diddy Allegations

By Richard Martinez 11/16/2025

CJ Wallace, son of the late rapper The Notorious B.I.G., hits back and sues publicist and music producer Jonathan Hay for defamation after the latter alleged that Wallace was an accomplice, purportedly luring him to Diddy’s place, where the disgraced rapper allegedly assaulted him.

Known for his stage name Lil Biggie, Wallace firmly denied the claims and insisted that they were made with the intention of malice to smear his reputation, both professionally and personally. He alleged that the accusations were related to a past failed project that they had worked on.

CJ Wallace Fires Back At Publicist Who Involved Him In Diddy’s Scandal

Back in July, Diddy (aka Sean Combs) and Wallace were sued by a man who didn’t reveal his identity and only claimed that Wallace and other people lured him to Diddy’s location. The plaintiff alleged that the rapper attempted to force oral s*x on him. He also said Wallace attended Diddy’s freak off parties.

In a new document obtained by TMZ, Wallace is suing a man named Jonathan Hay, who was revealed to be the anonymous plaintiff in the earlier suit. Lil Biggie said that the claims stemmed from a flopped deal they made in 2020, when Wallace refused to release the rest of the tracks after the first one underperformed. He said in his complaint (via Complex):

Hay acted with actual malice, knowing the statements were false or with reckless disregard for their truth or falsity.

Wallace’s lawsuit also accused Hay of erratic behavior, which led to their creative differences and eventual shelving of the music project.

Jonathan Hay Details Traumatic Experience After Alleged Diddy Assault

Hay’s complaint back in July detailed the gross experience he allegedly faced at the hands of Diddy and his accused accomplice, Wallace. As per TMZ, the then-anonymous plaintiff was lured to a Revolt TV location in 2020 using Combs’ vehicle.

He was reportedly brought to a room where the disgraced media mogul was waiting. His henchmen allegedly held Hay’s head as Diddy attempted to assault him. While performing the gross act, the lawsuit revealed Diddy screamed at him and was enraged due to an earlier fight.

Hay believed that Combs’ accomplices had photos as evidence. When the traumatic event was over, he said he was transported back home, with Wallace and several individuals as company.

Diddy is currently serving 50 months in prison after he was found guilty on two charges of prostitution.
