Marvel star Danny Ramirez just hard-launched his relationship with Jessica Alba on his Instagram. The two celebrities appeared at a charity gala, organized by Baby2Baby. Ramirez wore a classic black tux to the event, while Alba wore a strapless black dress.
Both of them posed with other celebrities and Baby2Baby co-founder Kelly Sawyer. Ramirez took to Instagram with photos from the night, sharing intimate selfies of himself and Alba. He wrote in the captions:
What a remarkable evening by the entire @baby2baby team and all who donated. $19.5 million raised in minutes!
Alba and Ramirez debuted their relationship four months ago after she got divorced from her ex-husband, Cash Warren. It also happens to be Ramirez’s first publicly known relationship. It is unknown whether he had any serious girlfriends in the past.

Alba also took to Instagram to share pictures of herself and Ramirez, including a selfie where she was seen holding up a peace sign. She wrote in captions that she was proud of the work that Baby2Baby was doing across the country.

January 2025: Jessica Alba announced her separation from Cash Warren. TMZ reported that Alba and Warren were “recently separated” and were “moving forward” with their divorce.
May 2025: The Sun reported that Alba was seen sharing an intimate kiss with a mystery man at Regent’s Park in London. It was later confirmed that the mystery man was Danny Ramirez. A source told Us Weekly that she “isn’t seeing anyone specific right now.”
July 2025: TMZ later reported that Alba and Ramirez went on a trip to Cancun. A source told Daily Mail about their relationship, “[Danny] is a cool, nice guy and he is enamored with her, but it is not exclusive.” However, another source told Us Weekly that they were “friends before it turned romantic.” They were later seen kissing in photos obtained by PEOPLE.
August 2025: They were seen enjoying a night out in New York City (via Just Jared). The couple was accompanied by her friends, including her Honest Renovations co-star Lizzy Mathis.
September 2025: They were spotted at the U.S. Open and at a VMAs afterparty (via Cosmopolitan).
October 2025: Alba took to Instagram to post vacation pics with Ramirez. In her latest set of beach vacation photos from Byron Bay, Australia, she was seen holding hands with the Top Gun: Maverick star. She was in the country to film her action thriller, The Mark.
November 2025: They hard-launch their relationship on Instagram.
Jessica Alba Seems to Have an Amicable Divorce from Cash Warren
Jessica Alba and Cash Warren may have lost the intimacy they once had, but it appears that they are keeping the love and respect intact. While breaking her silence on their separation back in January, Alba wrote that they were both embarking on a new chapter of growth. She wrote (via E!Online):
I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash. I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.
She shared that they were moving forward with “love, kindness, and respect for each other.” She also shared that their children remain the highest priority for both of them.
In June, she celebrated her ex-husband on Father’s Day, sharing, “Our babies couldn’t have a better dad—Warm. Kind. Present. Always knowing just what to say” (via E!Online). She further wrote:
I admire your patience and the way you hold space for them, making them feel safe and light after every conversation. Thank you for being their rock.
They celebrated Easter together with their kids, taking them for an outdoor egg hunt and a trip to the petting zoo (via PEOPLE). They also reunited a few weeks back to support their daughter Honor during a tennis match. A source told Page Six:
Jessica did not acknowledge Cash when he arrived and ignored him the entire match. They were seated with several people in between them and did not speak until the end, when Cash came up and asked Jessica to take a walk with him into the park.
Alba was also in a relationship with her Dark Angel co-star Michael Weatherly. They were engaged in 2001 but called off their engagement in 2003 (via Us Weekly).
