Nikki Glaser’s Face Looks Different: Did SNL Star Get a Plastic Surgery?

By Richard Johnson 11/10/2025

There has been a lot of talk about Nikki Glaser and plastic surgery, especially since the Saturday Night Live star shared photos of herself from the past. Taking to Instagram on March 26, Glaser shared a bunch of comparison photos from her first Tonight Show appearance in 2009 and her latest one this year.

Right off the bat, the changes are pretty evident. Well, it has been over fifteen years. While fans in the comments section praised her for ageing backwards, others speculated about what brought such a drastic change in Glaser’s appearance.

One wrote, “Ozempic is truly a miracle drug. Congrats“, but it’s not fair to assume she used Ozempic for weight loss. After all, those pictures were taken 16 years ago! Another wrote, “Looked 10X better before the work. I can’t understand why women do that to themselves and think it looks better.”

Is Nikki Glaser Getting a Facelift Next Year?

While celebrities like Rachel Weisz are strictly against plastic surgery, Nikki Glaser has often talked about it freely, maintaining her opinion that there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

During her latest appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Glaser admitted that she feels a facelift is coming soon. When the host complimented her looks, she replied, “Wait till the facelift. That’s coming. August 2026. I’m gonna do it. I have no problem with that.

While there is still a stigma around plastic surgery, Glaser considers it to be a “wise investment“, especially if it makes one feel better about themselves. In her words,

There’s kind of a stigma around getting face work or investing in your beauty and doing all these procedures. And there is maybe a little bit of a sadness to it, but I kind of also am like, ‘Well, it makes my life better.’ People treat you better when you’re hotter. It’s just a fact. It’s a sad fact of life.

This isn’t the first time Glaser has openly addressed her desire to have cosmetic work done on her face. Of course, with her sense of humor, you never know when she’s joking, but she seemed pretty serious on The Howard Stern Show while talking about getting her lips done.

When asked by the host six years ago if she would ever have plastic surgery, Glaser reacted as if the answer should be obvious. She replied, “Everyone whose face you like, every celebrity that you’re like, ‘They’re naturally beautiful’, they’ve all had stuff done…I might get my lips done next week…It’s not permanent…just a little plump.

As brutally honest as Stern always is, he gave Glaser a “reality check”, stating that she would look like a clown. He told her that she’s a “good-looking girl” and that there’s nothing wrong with her appearance.

Doctor’s Expert Opinion on Nikki Glaser’s Plastic Surgery

Plastic surgeon Gary Linkov has a variety of videos on his YouTube channel where he discusses the A-Z of the subject he’s an expert on. In his video titled Nikki Glaser’s NEW FACE | Plastic Surgery Analysis, he takes viewers on a year-by-year journey of Glaser’s alleged cosmetic procedures.

2007, age 23: Doctor Linkov pointed out Nikki Glaser’s rounded hairline configuration as well as a light “dorsal convexity” on the bridge of her nose. He also added that the comedian/actress has a “full tooth show” when she smiles, as well as a thin upper lip.

2012, age 28: He stated that Glaser’s “lateral eyebrow is slightly lower than her medial brow.” Despite the few changes he sees in her, Dr. Linkov doesn’t immediately jump to surgery. Instead, he speculates that Glaser was just experimenting with makeup.

2015, age 31: Dr. Linkov saw no changes in her facial appearance in 2013 and 2014. In 2015, he points out “early static lines” in Glaser’s forehead and glabellar area. This is the point where most people would consider getting Botox.

2017, age 33: The expert states, “Nikki has deepening tear troughs. That’s the boundary between the lower eyelid and the cheek structure as we age…Nikki has limited fitral and Cupid’s bow definition. Some people will try to augment these areas with filler.

2019, age 35: This is where Dr. Linkov believes that Glaser started introducing “some neurotoxin or Botox” to her forehead and glabellar areas.

2024, age 40: Finally, at the age of 40, the doctor believes that there may be a potential introduction of a lip filler. However, he added that it is “being done subtly.”

2025, age 41: He added that Glaser appears to have continued getting lip filler in small quantities so as not to drastically change her face. Dr. Linkov pointed out that while her lips look different, they still look natural.

As for the total cost of her alleged procedures, Dr. Linkov believes that altogether it must have cost her around $45,000.
