Although in a relationship since 2020, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky haven’t been married yet. However, the American rapper’s latest comments fuelled the rumors again.
Calling herself a “Loving husband” of Rihanna, fans are now pointing out whether the duo married in secret or not. One of A$AP Rocky’s songs from 2022 might just have an easter egg confirming their marriage.
The song D.M.B. features a segment wherein A$AP Rocky asks Rihanna to “Marry Me?” (inscribed on his teeth), to which Rihanna smiles, and the words “I do” are seen on her teeth. Check out the clip below:
Although there are no confirmed reports of Rihanna and Rocky being married, fans cannot help but speculate about a secret ceremony because of A$AP’s recent comments.
A$AP Rocky Called Himself Rihanna’s “Loving husband”
In his recent interview with The Perfect Magazine, A$AP Rocky talked about Rihanna and being a family man. During his talks, the American rapper mentioned that peace makes him happy.
Being a father and a partner and a loving husband in my family is what makes me really, really happy. It doesn’t matter what hat I wear that day; it’s just about being able to give it my all and do these things.
Naturally, these comments would be enough to speculate on the nature of the relationship between Rihanna and A$AP Rocky.
The Relationship Timeline Between A$AP Rocky and Rihanna
It all started in 2012 when A$AP Rocky and Rihanna collaborated on a song. Rocky later joined Rihanna’s tour and opened for her North American leg. In 2018, the two attended a Louis Vuitton show together.
In January 2020, rumors began to fly that Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were a thing. In late December 2020, the couple was seen involved in some PDA in Barbados, confirming their relationship.
On May 19, 2021, Rocky finally confirmed his feelings for Rihanna and stated that he was very serious about her and their future together. In May 2022, Rihanna gave birth to their first child. In 2023, during her Super Bowl performance, Rihanna announced that they were expecting another child.
In August 2023, the couple welcomed their second child. During A$AP Rocky’s court hearing, Rihanna supported him by appearing in court. In a recent update, Rihanna welcomed her third child and first baby girl, Rocki, on September 25, 2025.
