Chris Martin seems to have already moved on from his breakup with Dakota Johnson, since new reports claim to have spotted him on a date with Sophie Turner. Apparently, both the divorcees enjoyed a secret date, sparking romance rumors, per the latest updates.
As revealed by the Daily Mail and RadarOnline.com, the Coldplay singer, 48, has reportedly found his newest flame in the Game of Thrones actress, 29. This alleged new relationship follows Martin’s split from his long-time partner and fiancée, Johnson, earlier this year, and Turner’s breakup from her aristocrat boyfriend of almost two years, Peregrine “Perry” Pearson.
For those who might not know, Martin had previously been married to Gwyneth Paltrow, from 2003 to 2016, and shares two children with her: Apple, 21, and Moses, 19. Turner, on the other hand, was wedded to singer Joe Jonas from 2019 to 2024 and also shares two daughters with him: Willa, born in July 2020, and Delphine, born in July 2022.
It’s worth noting that these reports about Martin and Turner’s alleged romance have surfaced amidst his presence in London this summer, with a string of Wembley dates as part of his boy band’s Music Of The Spheres tour.

Turns out, her now-ex-husband organized a special birthday message from Martin to surprise her (via RadarOnline.com). The video, which was taken in 2020 from Jonas’ Cup of Joe show, showed the pair sitting in a restaurant when Jonas passed his phone to his then-wife, explaining, “I have someone who wants to say happy birthday.”
Looking at the screen, Turner held her hands to her face in shock before squealing, “It’s Chris Martin!” The Coldplay singer said,
This is Chris from Coldplay. I wanted to say on behalf of me and the even more handsome members of our band, have the best day, and I am sending you all my love, and I hope you’re having the best time. Thanks for being awesome. Bye.
He blew a kiss to the camera before signing off the video, and the GoT actress looked as thrilled as ever. Holding back her tears, she said, “I’m not going to cry on camera,” before holding her hands to her face and passing Jonas his phone back.
