Kris Jenner reportedly dropped $150,000 on a facelift. Dr. Anthony Youn, a renowned plastic surgeon, spilled the tea on The Real Alex Clark podcast, confirming Jenner had a SMAS (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System) tightening facelift done in New York.
When asked about the price tag, Youn stated matter-of-factly:
Probably about $150,000.
Host Alex Clark agreed the look was momentarily “super snatched,” but she confessed she could “tell it was going to fall.” To which Dr. Youn responded: “Yes.” So what went wrong? Youn explained the 69-year-old is likely taking a GLP-1 Agonist medication, which causes facial volume loss; essentially, the face thins out and droops faster post-surgery.
He also suspects mild fillers and added that Jenner is “in a sweet spot” just 2-4 months post-op, a phase where everything looks pristine due to swelling and tightness. But by six months, gravity reclaims its territory as he predicted:
And I bet you, give it about six months from now, you will start seeing that she looks a lot like the older Kris that we know and love.
Still, Dr. Youn praised the Kardashians and Jenners for being transparent about their enhancements.
Kris Jenner Makes Rare Confession About Her Viral Facelift

Kris Jenner’s facelift may be getting unwanted attention, but the woman behind the empire refuses to apologize for chasing her own version of aging gracefully. In a chat with Vogue Arabia, Jenner declared:
I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.
She emphasized there’s no shame in going under the knife if it uplifts your spirit
Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.
For Jenner, facelifts and fillers aren’t secrets; they’re statements. She explained:
If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully — meaning you don’t want to do anything — then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.
Jenner has also been outspoken about de-stigmatizing cosmetic surgery:
I decided to reveal some details because I feel it can be very inspirational to people who aren’t feeling so great about themselves.
As she prepares to turn 70 on November 5, Jenner confessed:
I don’t know what 70 is supposed to feel like, but I feel great and I’m happy to be there.
Well, snatched or not, you can’t Botox that confidence.
Want to See Kris Jenner’s Plastic Surgeon? Here’s the Secret Password You’ll Need

Thinking of dialing up Dr. Steven Levine, the man behind Kris Jenner’s high-end facelift? You’d better know the magic word. On Amanda Hirsch’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Jenner revealed that Dr. Levine won’t accept new clients unless they can deliver her secret password. Jenner said:
He didn’t want the attention, which I loved. I said, ‘But do I have your permission to say who you are?’ And he goes, ‘Listen, I’ll tell you what. As long as we can come up with a password so that if somebody calls and says, ‘I’m Kris Jenner’s best friend, and can I have a consultation?’ They have to say the secret password.
Apparently, Dr. Levine’s office frequently fields calls from eager strangers pretending to be close to Jenner. She laughed:
They’ll say, ‘Julie Monopoly’s on the phone, and she says she’s your best friend.’ And I’m like, I’ve never heard of her. So definitely people have tried to get in. So if you know me, you know what the password is
So, was Kris Jenner’s six-figure facelift a smart flex or a short-lived façade? While she owns her choices unapologetically, Dr. Youn’s candid prediction raises questions about whether these pricey procedures are genuinely sustainable or merely another fleeting trend.
