Isabelle Tate, or Izzy, was 23 when she tragically passed away on October 19, 2025. Tate is known for her role in 911 Nashville, where she appeared in the premiere episode, portraying a guest at a bachelorette party.
Her agency, McCray Agency, confirmed the news of her passing on October 22, posting on Instagram: “We are deeply saddened and completely heartbroken to share that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19th. She was 23. I’ve known Izzy since she was a teenager, and she recently returned to acting.“
How Did Isabelle Tate Die?

Actress Isabelle Tate unfortunately passed away due to a rare neuromuscular disease called Charcot-Marie-Tooth, her agency confirmed via an Instagram story.
According to Mayo Clinic, Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome is a hereditary disease that causes severe nerve damage. As the inherited conditions are passed down from generation to generation, they affect the nerves in the arms and legs. It leads to weak muscles, and patients can have trouble walking or even lose the feeling in their legs.
The late actress talked about her diagnosis in an Instagram post back in December 2022:
When I was 13, I got diagnosed with a progressive neuromuscular disease that weakens my leg muscles over time. When I was first diagnosed, I couldn’t fully understand what it was or grasp what it could be. Over the years, I was going on with my life and would notice little things get more difficult for me.
She talked about how her condition had broken her spirit, but she still continued to “embrace it and not let it define” her. Forced to use a wheelchair during the last years of her life, the disease had significantly progressed over the years.
Isabelle Tate: A Look at Her Career and Relationship

Isabelle Tate was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Middle Tennessee State University.
Her role in the 911 Nashville premiere was her first-ever acting job, and apparently, the first series she had auditioned for and booked a role. Beyond acting, as her obituary posted by her agency revealed, Tate had a passion for music, volunteer work (particularly with animal shelters), and used her platform to raise awareness about disability.
Isabelle loved volunteering her time to all things, particularly animals… She was also quite musically inclined, often spending hours writing and recording songs with friends and even publishing a few. What she loved the most, though, was spending time with family and friends, always the life of the party.
Regarding personal relationships, there is no public record of romantic partnerships or high-profile relationships. At the time of her death, she was known to be close with her family.
Isabelle Tate’s story is both inspiring and heartbreaking: a young woman who overcame a challenging health condition, entered the entertainment industry with hope and determination, but passed away at the age of 23.
